Complete the following steps to log into the Customer Portal

- Click on Sign-on on the top right-hand side of the page
- The sign in page is shown. Enter your email address as your user name and the password you created and click Save
- You are now logged into the Customer Portal. You can tell you are logged if your name is shown on the top right-hand side of the page.
If you forget your password, then complete the following steps:

From the login page click on

The forgot password page is displayed. Enter you email address and click Send

You will be advised to check your email so that you can reset your password:

Go to your mailbox and open the email. Click on the “Reset Password” link

You will be taken to the Reset Password page. Create a new password and click Reset.

The system will confirm that your password has been reset. You can now log into the system with your new password.
